If a friend sent you a Rewom introduction token, you do not need to redeem it on the website. Just visit the business, make your normal purchase, and give your mobile number in-store.
Simple flow
1. Visit the business and spend as normal.
2. They can check your mobile number and find your intro.
3. Your visit is matched to the referral.
4. Your friend gets credit for introducing you.
Good to know
You usually won't need to fill in anything online.
The business may simply look up your phone number when you arrive.
The reward tracking happens after the in-store visit.
How do I get a token to refer someone else?
Come in and see us, then just ask at the counter. We need to meet you first before we hand you shareable tokens. This is a placeholder for now, but it gives the right direction.
